Really close to the station and to the center of the city. Room was of a normal size, bathroom is pretty big for an hotel room. Staff was very friendly, and you can ask for them to bring you back things like water every day or to not come into your room at all on any day (You only need to comply with full cleaning at least once every three nights). Wi-fi connexion was also pretty good!

The hotel is just opposite to Donki & had a nice taiyaki shop next to it, the shopping area also 1 min walking. very convenient location for everything.

Very convenient to the train station, restaurants, buses, Don Quixote but quiet to sleep. New hotel. Predominantly businessmen but more families and couples on the weekend. I felt very safe as a lone female with kids. Decent breakfast selection, great range of tea, staff keep the breakfast lounge very clean and replenished. Our double queen room was very comfortable.

Close to JR Sendai station, about a 5 minutes or less walk from the exit door. Check-in process is quick and easy. Room TV has additional programs that usually require payment if used at another hotel.

Overall, the room spaciousness is a gem, and the location is super nearby to Sendai Stn & surrounding restaurants. For night, guests can get free Soba, hot/cold drink plus a glass of alcohol from the main lobby reception. Hotel complimentary. .

Staff has been super friendly and helpful. i.e. upon question on laundry they have arranged for us a room at laundry floor to make things easier for us! Great to have access to free soft and hot drinks (and ice-cream) near reception. This space also served as lounge to sit/relax, meet with others. Very clean room. Proximity to railway station as well as shopping area.

Nice warm welcoming from staff at the lobby. Very accommodating to my 7 month old baby's needs. The room was very spacious (biggest in my stay in Japan).had lots of luggage space and closet space. Had free breakfast which was great. Offered baby high chair as soon as we walked in. Super close to Sendai station which we used a lot to travel around. Lots of shopping stores and food options nearby. Great location for sure!

Excellent location! Can make use of the escalators from the flyover of Sendai Station to the hotel. Right next to the shopping arcade. You can also enjoy 1 free alcoholic drink (per stay) after a hectic day and free soba from 2000-2200 hrs.

I enjoyed how large the bathtub was - not many hotels in Japan have a tub as large as this hotel has. Breakfast option featured a lot of options, too. Staff were polite, nice, and knew what they were doing.
