Really close to the station and to the center of the city. Room was of a normal size, bathroom is pretty big for an hotel room. Staff was very friendly, and you can ask for them to bring you back things like water every day or to not come into your room at all on any day (You only need to comply with full cleaning at least once every three nights). Wi-fi connexion was also pretty good!

Hotel is very convenient to Sendai train station, only a few minutes walk away and near a ton of restaurants and shops. It was a good spot for one night so we could take a day trip to Matsushima Bay. The best part of the hotel is the free tasty bowl of soba noodles and a drink in the evening! Room was quiet at night, good for sleeping.

The breakfast was good for what it cost; the overall price was very cheap, especially considering the location of the hotel compared to the station, and how close Sendai is from Tokyo. The bed was good for the price paid. Special kudos to the staff who knew a lot about the local area and could offer pointers about what places were good for sightseeing and what places were good for eating/drinking.

I loved that you get a welcome drink ticket to exchange for an alcoholic beverage of your choice in the dining area. They also had free soba and drink bar with soft serve ice cream until 10pm! It was a wonderful treat at the end of your long day and set us up for a comfortable sleep that night. We picked up amenities at the front desk which was nice so we grabbed only what we needed for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept really well that night.

Breakfast ok but only a few western options. use of hotel lounge with free drinks was a bonus as was the soba dish free each evening - although the addition of another dish would be welcome!

Very close to the train station with no need to navigate steps as there is an escalator from the overpass. There were free drinks during the stay and free duck soba every night we were there.

The hotel is just opposite to Donki & had a nice taiyaki shop next to it, the shopping area also 1 min walking. very convenient location for everything.

Good business-style hotel, reasonably priced and convenient for Sendai station. Fine breakfast and excellent restaurant in the basement of the building (owned separately I assume). Very helpful staff.

Excellent location, very nice staff, clean room, highly appreciated for the welcome drink (not coffee or tea or soft drinks), snacks and soba noodles. The lounge was a good place for taking a rest. The hotel would be even better if it made a little renovation.

Close to JR Sendai station, about a 5 minutes or less walk from the exit door. Check-in process is quick and easy. Room TV has additional programs that usually require payment if used at another hotel.
